Refund Policy

1. Scope of Application
This refund policy applies to all services offered by Passerelle FLE, including:

Pedagogical workshops (e.g., “Social life and expatriation”)
-
Training programs (e.g., “Engaging in community life”)
-
Professional training (diagnostic, training, follow-up in artificial intelligence)
-
Immersive FLE stays
2. General Principle
Any order confirmed and paid commits the client and does not entitle them to a refund, except in the cases expressly provided for below.
3. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the client has a period of 14 days to withdraw.
However, pursuant to Article L.221-28, this right does not apply to services:
-
fully performed before the end of the 14-day period,
-
when the client has given their prior express consent and expressly waived their right of withdrawal.
Thus, by booking a service scheduled within 14 days, the client expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
4. Cancellations and Credits (workshops, training, programs)

Cancellation by the client more than 72 hours before the service: the amount paid is converted into a credit valid for 6 months, for an equivalent service or of the same value.

Cancellation by the client less than 72 hours before the service: no refund or credit will be issued.

Client’s absence on the day of the service: no refund or credit will be granted.
5. Cancellations by Passerelle FLE
In the event that Passerelle FLE is unable to provide a service (illness, logistical issue, force majeure), we commit to:

proposing a new date,
-
or issuing a credit valid for 6 months,
-
and, if neither option is suitable for the client, fully refunding the amount paid.
6. Immersive Stays
The following conditions apply specifically to immersive stays:
-
Cancellation by the client more than 3 months before the start of the stay: full refund or issuance of a credit valid for 12 months.

Cancellation by the client less than 3 months before the start of the stay: no refund will be made. A credit valid for 12 months for an equivalent service or of the same value may be offered.

Cancellation after the start of the stay or client’s absence: no refund or credit will be granted.

Partner services (accommodation, catering, transport): these are paid directly to the relevant providers and subject to their own cancellation and refund conditions.
It is strongly recommended that clients take out travel insurance covering cancellation, repatriation, and civil liability.
7. Refund Procedure
When a refund is provided for under this policy, it will be made:
-
by the same payment method used for the purchase (unless otherwise agreed by the client),
-
within a maximum of 14 business days from confirmation of the right to a refund.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, strike, war, administrative decision, etc.), no additional compensation may be claimed.
