Payment-related data (via PayPal or credit card) is collected and processed directly by the secure payment provider. Passerelle does not have access to users’ banking details.

  • Management and booking of workshops and training sessions

  • Customer relationship management

  • Sending information related to the services offered

Processing is based on:

  • The performance of a contract (booking and execution of services)

  • The legitimate interest of the data controller (management and improvement of the site and services)

  • The explicit consent of the user (subscription to communication, online form submission)
     

5. Data Recipients

Data is processed exclusively by Passerelle.
Technical subcontractors may be involved, including:

  • Wix (website hosting and management)

  • PayPal and secure payment providers (for financial transactions)

  • Google (for possible use of messaging and storage services linked to the address direction@passerelle-fle.com)

These subcontractors are committed to complying with applicable regulations.
 

6. Data Retention

  • Prospects / contact forms: 3 years from the last contact

  • Clients (booking information and educational follow-up): 5 years from the end of the service

  • Billing data: 10 years (statutory accounting period)
     

7. Data Transfers Outside the European Union

As part of hosting via Wix or the use of third-party services (e.g., Google), some data may be transferred outside the European Union. These transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.
